This organic sencha is harvested during the 1 harvesting period which takes place during April-May. This makes it as our 1st grade organic sencha. The added organic matcha powder is also harvested at the same harvesting period and is equivalent to our Spring grade matcha. This combination is absolutely perfect for those who love sencha and matcha. The matcha powder added more nutritious value and mineral to the sencha green tea.
