Matcha (Ceremonial Grade, 2.8 ounces – premium Matcha)

Premium Ceremonial Grade Matcha. This is the premium grade, made from leaves selected during a short 2-3 week period when they are the peak of their perfection. Note when you buy cheaper matcha you are often buying cooking grade matcha. This Matcha is the top grade, and is meant to be consumed straight up. The higher grade matcha has more vegetative, smooth and clean flavor. Don’t waste your money on this if you are using it in a smoothie or in baking. Try our other matcha grades and flavored matchas! Note: There are other vendors selling ‘ceremonial grade’ matcha at too good to be true prices. Do not be fooled, many use brown rice fillers. It is not 100% pure matcha.
